A clear, well-lit photo where the face is visible and not covered by sunglasses or shadows. A full-body photo helps us match the outfit. For pets, send a front view plus a side view if you can — markings matter. JPG, PNG, HEIC or WEBP are all fine.

Yes. Upload one photo per person or pet and tell us in the notes who goes with whom. We can also swap outfits — for example, put a couple in their wedding clothes using everyday photos.

No problem. Reply to your order confirmation email with the new photo and your order number. As long as we haven’t started stitching, we’ll use it.

Glasses, hats, bags, sports jerseys, instruments, a tiny bouquet — tell us in the notes and we’ll stitch it in. Pets can be added to any set as their own figure; on Family Sets a pet counts as one figure.

We don’t send photo previews. Every doll is checked against your photos and notes before it ships, so put every detail you’d like in the notes when you order — hair colour, outfit, accessories.

The full handmade process takes 2–3 weeks. Then allow 7–12 business days for delivery to the US, or 10–20 business days elsewhere.

Email us before ordering with your date and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make it. Around Christmas, Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day, order early — our queue fills up.

US shipping is a flat $9.95, and free on orders over $150. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Every order ships with tracking.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Import duties or taxes charged by your country are not included in our prices.

11–15 cm fits a desk, car dashboard or shelf. 19–22 cm is our most-loved size: big enough for lots of detail. 32–40 cm is a huggable statement piece. See the size guide for a visual comparison.

Soft cotton and cotton-blend yarn, polyester fibre filling and safety eyes. Small parts like glasses or buttons are stitched or glued securely.

Our dolls are keepsakes made for display and gentle play. They contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, then let it air dry. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron.

You can cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of ordering. After that, our artisans have started on your doll — see our refund policy for the details.

Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will repair or remake it free of charge.

Because every doll is made for one person, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns.
