Shipping policy

Every Mimikin is handmade to order, so delivery happens in two stages: making your keepsake, then shipping it.

1. Making your order

Total handmade time: 2–3 weeks from order to dispatch, depending on size and number of figures.

2. Shipping

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Peak seasons and customs checks can add a few days.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours before the carrier’s first scan appears.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. Email support@mimikin.com before your order ships and we will update it. We can’t reroute a parcel once it’s with the carrier.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll repair or remake it free of charge. If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days, contact us and we’ll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
